We are pleased to offer Free Delivery on all orders placed on cevalu.com, regardless of order value. There are no minimum order value requirements to qualify for free shipping.

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Once your order is successfully placed, our team requires a handling time to process, prepare, and package your items for dispatch.

  • Handling Time: Your order will be handled within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).

  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 17:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time - London) will begin processing on the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next working day.

  • Public Holidays: Please note that handling times may be extended during public holidays. We will always strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

4. Transit Time (Delivery Time)

Transit time is the period it takes for your order to be delivered once it has been dispatched from our facility.

  • Transit Time: For all destinations within the United Kingdom, the estimated transit time is 6 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday).

  • Dispatch Days: Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday.

5. Total Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time combines the handling time and the transit time.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: For all destinations within the United Kingdom, you can expect your order to be delivered within 7 to 10 working days from the date of purchase.

    (Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (6-8 days) = 7-10 working days)

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly with the courier.

Our products are shipped from international warehouses outside the UK, depending on availability.
This approach allows us to offer a wide range of products at fair prices. As a result, delivery times may be slightly longer than with local shipping.

  • Delays: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, carrier delays, or public holidays may occasionally impact delivery schedules. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.
