Currency and Charges

All transactions are processed in GBP (£). Prices include applicable UK VAT. For orders delivered outside the UK, any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are the customer’s responsibility. No hidden charges or surcharges are applied at checkout.

All card transactions are processed through trusted and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Depending on your card issuer, additional authentication such as 3-D Secure (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, Amex SafeKey) may be required.

Payment Timing

Your payment will be authorised at checkout and charged once the order is confirmed. For back-orders or pre-orders, funds may be charged when the item is ready to ship.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your provider:

  • Cards (Amex, Maestro, Mastercard, VISA): Within 7 business days

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay: Within 7 business days

  • PayPal: Within 7 business days

  • UnionPay: Within 7 business days

Payment Issues

If a payment is declined, please check your card details, available funds, and authentication codes. You may try another method or contact your bank. If you continue to have difficulties, contact us at info@cevalu.com.

Fraud Prevention

We may perform additional security checks to protect against fraud. Orders that fail verification may be cancelled and refunded.
